Pool equipment OEM connectivity platform.
Embed smart pool technology into your existing product line and build a pool equipment integration platform under your own brand. Our package includes controller hardware, firware, cloud platform and mobile apps, so that you have a complete pool IoT platform ready for integration.
Connected pool products are your next competitive advantage.
Consumer expectations have shifted
Pool owners now compare smart pool equipment the same way they compare smart home devices. They expect mobile apps, remote control, scheduling, and real-time alerts. Pool equipment without connected features feels outdated on the showroom floor, and installers increasingly recommend brands that offer smart capabilities because it reduces their service call volume.
Recurring revenue from software subscriptions
Connected pool products open a revenue stream that outlives the initial hardware sale. Premium features like pool energy management, predictive maintenance alerts, and advanced analytics can be offered as monthly subscriptions through your pool equipment OEM software. This shifts your business model from one-time transactions to ongoing relationships with measurable lifetime value.
Data-driven product improvement
When your pool equipment integration platform reports operational data back to your engineering team, you gain visibility into how products perform in the field. You can identify failure patterns before they become warranty claims, understand usage behaviors to inform your next product generation, and reduce over-engineering by seeing actual operating conditions rather than guessing.
Competitive pressure from tech-forward brands
New entrants and established competitors are already shipping connected pool products. The longer you wait to add smart capabilities to your equipment, the harder it becomes to reclaim shelf space and installer mindshare. Building a pool IoT platform in-house takes years and millions in R&D. PoolStack provides the full stack out of the box.
Smarter products, built into your brand.
Firmware integration
Our pool IoT platform firmware talks directly to your equipment’s control systems using whatever protocol your boards already speak. Whether that is Modbus, RS-485, CAN bus, or a proprietary serial interface, we write the integration layer so your smart pool equipment communicates with the cloud without any changes to your existing firmware.

Hardware customization
The PoolStack controller fits your form factor and enclosure as part of your pool equipment integration platform. Our hardware team works with your mechanical engineers to match mounting points, connector types, and environmental ratings. You get a controller board that looks and feels like it was designed as part of your product from the start, because it was designed together with your team.
Cloud and API access
Your engineering team gets full API access to build on our smart pool equipment platform. Pull telemetry data into your own dashboards, integrate with your ERP or CRM systems, or build custom features on top of our infrastructure, all under your brand and within your existing tech stack.

Co-branding
Your brand is primary in every customer touchpoint of your white label pool monitoring experience. The mobile app, web dashboard, and all notifications carry your logo, colors, and domain. “Powered by PoolStack" stays subtle and appears only where you choose. End customers experience your brand, not ours.
Your innovations stay yours,always.

You own the customer relationship
Every interaction between your customers and the platform happens under your brand. Support requests, onboarding flows, and account management all run through your channels. PoolStack never contacts your end customers directly. Your sales team and support staff maintain the relationship from first install to ongoing service.
Your data stays isolated
Each OEM partner operates in a fully isolated cloud tenant. Your telemetry data, customer records, and device configurations are stored separately from every other partner on the platform. You can export your data at any time, and we never use your data for training, benchmarking, or any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.
Custom features are exclusive to your brand
When we build custom firmware features or app modules for your product line, those features belong to your brand. They are not offered to other partners. Your investment in product differentiation stays yours, giving you a genuine competitive advantage that cannot be replicated by a competitor using the same platform.
NDA and IP agreements are standard
Every OEM engagement starts with mutual non-disclosure and IP assignment agreements. Your trade secrets, product roadmaps, and proprietary protocols are protected contractually before any technical work begins. See the full platform architecture and security certifications that underpin these commitments.
Questions from OEMs.
Yes. Our pool IoT platform firmware supports Modbus, RS-485, CAN bus, and proprietary serial protocols commonly used in smart pool equipment. For control systems with non-standard interfaces, our engineering team writes custom firmware bridges during the integration phase. We have successfully integrated with variable-speed pump controllers, heat pump logic boards, and multi-zone valve actuators from a range of manufacturers.
No. The PoolStack controller is designed as an add-on module that connects to your existing control board, no PCB changes, no disruption to your assembly line. Your pool equipment integration platform is built around your existing process, with one additional step to mount and cable the controller. We provide mounting hardware sized to your enclosure and pre-configured firmware so the module is ready out of the box.
All firmware updates are delivered over the air through our smart pool equipment platform. You control the rollout schedule, including staged deployments where updates go to a small percentage of units first before expanding to the full fleet. Rollbacks are automatic if an update fails health checks. Your engineering team can review every update in a staging environment before approving it for production.
Absolutely. Every OEM engagement starts with mutual NDA and IP assignment agreements before any technical work begins. Custom firmware features and app modules built for your product line are exclusive to your brand, never offered to other partners. Your telemetry data, customer records, and device configurations are stored in a fully isolated cloud tenant. Your IP built your business. We make sure it stays yours.
